Excellent customer service

The online banking app is easy to use and customer service is excellent. I have always been able to speak with a 'person' when ever I needed to. Communication is very good and they let you know when changes have been implemented, including interest rate changes. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent service, easy to use and one of the best rates

I've had a freedom savings account with RCI for many years now. Very helpful staff and easy service to use. No withdrawal penalties and currently the best rate that I can see for this type of account. I would recommend then any time. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
