Easy access and friendly customer service

I was looking for a safe fixed rate investment while saving for a house deposit, I knew I needed to have flexible access to my funds as I wanted to make an opportunistic purchase in Covid times. RCI customer service was very understanding of my needs and concerns, answered my questions with professionalism, which allowed me to open an easy access account and a 90 days notice account and earn interest whilst searching for my forever home!
