Good service for online banking

RCI Bank provide a very thorough service and have several accounts with them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Good rate, responsive bank marred by occasional hiccups

I've used RCI for about 5 years and until 2021, without a problem. As a business owner, I sometimes put excess cash over to them for a few days to earn a little interest. This has worked well for the most part. However, on one occasion, it took three or four days for my deposit to register. This was a big deal as the amount involved was the payroll. The deposit eventually registered but it was a hairy few days as RCI didn't know when the deposit would register. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Lower interest rates than others

Simple and transparent savings account
