RCI review; good but could do better

RCI have, unlike a lot of other banks, recently increased their savings rates of interest reflecting the latest market conditions, but the rate offered is still not at the top end of what is available elsewhere in the market. Thus rates good, but could be better in my opinion. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Dependably there

I joined when RCI were offering a very good savings rate - as we all do! The rate is not so very good now but the service has been consistent and I have happily stayed with the bank for several years now. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Easy product and good communication

I have always had a swift and hassle free experience when completing transactions with my RCI account - which is what I look for with my banking being a very busy person and often being abroad etc. communication has always been good, especially during the pandemic which I know has been a challenge for many businesses.
