I’ve had this account for several years now, wether paying in or taking out it couple easier. The interest rate may have gone done recently but it’s one of the first to go back up. I’d recommend RCI to anyone. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

From inception to this day, over a period of 8 years, I've been satisfied with the service I've received, and I find that quite remarkable. Why/ Well thinking of the other banks and services I use, all have had hiccoughs. OK, I'm still using them, but every now and then I have my doubts. But never RCI. They've always communicated well. Interest rates fluctuate but OK, they've let me know and have usually been better than the competition. Yes, it sometimes takes an extra day to transfer money ..... but that is what they tell me, so I understand. Put it like this.
