Good service for online banking

Savings accounts made easy

We like our savings easy access without penalties and our Freedom Savings Account with RC1 does exactky feel our needs.. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

No problem

From inception to this day, over a period of 8 years, I've been satisfied with the service I've received, and I find that quite remarkable. Why/ Well thinking of the other banks and services I use, all have had hiccoughs. OK, I'm still using them, but every now and then I have my doubts. But never RCI. They've always communicated well. Interest rates fluctuate but OK, they've let me know and have usually been better than the competition. Yes, it sometimes takes an extra day to transfer money ..... but that is what they tell me, so I understand. Put it like this. Trouble free online banking

Consistently competitive rates
