Very happy with RCI!

Having not really heard of RCI Bank, I checked reviews before opening an account and was happy with what I found. My account runs smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. Excellent Service

RCI Bank offer excellent rates for savers. Their communications service is excellent. I receive regular notifications of changes in the market which helps me decide on my investments. Both the website & mobile app are extremely user friendly & cover every aspect of banking a customer might require to know about. They listen to customer feedback & take on board suggestions, complaints & general comments which may add to the efficiency, competitiveness & general customer satisfaction of RCI. It's a bank

They look after your money and give it back when you ask them. They pay you a little bit of money for keeping your money with them. So far all this has worked just fine for me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
