Good rates User friendly

Unlike some banks with too many products and providing OK customer service, RCI provide fewer products but is then able to provide great customer service. The website and your account are easy to navigate and access. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

Easy to manage. Good value for money.

Very easy online management, withdrawals and tranfers. Their rates are competitive and I like they adjust their rate and I get the same % as all the new customers. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

RCI provides a straight forward simple banking format. You pay money in, you get fair interest, you can get your money out when you want. No hard sell, no sudden drop in interest rates after a year - just honest simple banking. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026
