I have had a savings account with RCI since 2015 and find it very easy to operate the account through their App. I have never found a reason to contact them for any issues or complaints. Well done! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Praise for fraud assistance

My phone was stolen and bank accounts got hacked. RCI blocked fraudulent transfers and wax by far the best financial institution I dealt with out of the five I had to unravel the fraud with. Having someone easily available on the phone makes a world of difference in these circumstances. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Excellent RCI Bank
