Setting up the account was very easy and I have found the RCI Bank email regularly with updates and information. The Bank responded very positively to the interest rate changes. I would recommend the bank without hesitation. Great app. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

A bank that treats you like a person

When it's been necessary for me to call RCI bank with some queries on a couple of occasions, I've always felt as though I'm conversing with someone who genuinely understands and wants to help me. RCI really went that extra mile to rectify a transfer issue that was due to a tech glitch issue on their side. Tech issues happen, but what's important to me is how well they dealt with that, ensuring I felt valued as a customer. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

I found RCI bank to offer an easy setup online freedom account via their website. Deposits and withdrawals could not be simpler. This account gives a competitive interest rate with first customer service. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Since opening a freedom savings account nearly 4 years ago, RCI has continued to offer competitive rates amongst some really challenging circumstances. They have been transparent through every rate change, and what I particularly like is that we receive the same rates as new customers do. The addition of the app a couple of years ago really enhanced their offering, as it is really easy to have access to my account and transfer funds quickly and easily.
