Good website, which is clear and easy to navigate. Haven't had much need of customer service, which is a good thing! The interest rates are not the best out there, but the ease of use and account facilities are clear and certainly help to promote brand loyalty. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and honestly there isn't a bank I would prefer to be with. RCI's customer Service is excellent, my money feels safe and secure, and the interest rates are very competitive. The mobile app is very simple to use and it's easy to get a break down of interest statements for tax returns each year.
