Competitive rates - easy to use web and app

The website is well constructed and easy to navigate. The app is easy to use. The interest rates are competitive with rate changes prompt reflecting national interest rates. I haven't found a better option over the last 8 years and I have looked. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

Effective communication; improvement needed

Communication from the bank is good and updated regularly, however they need to ensure withdrawals don’t take as long as other banking institutions are quicker and this is one of the reasons I hold less money in RCI. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

Make savings easy and successful with RCI bank

It is very easy to bank online with RCI, and to transfer money in and out. The interest rate is competitive. I’ve never been a great saver until opening my RCI account. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
