A good and consistent customer service

The bank is normally competitive with their interest rates and, unlike some banks, they do not give preferential rates to new customers over existing customers. I don't have any problems in making contact with the bank and they do keep customers informed of any developments that we need to be aware of. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

Easy to use online account with competitive interest rates

Freedom to save and earn interest

Easily set up as a separate savings product, my branch cheque account used as a feeder account instead of their own pathetic deposit rate. The only account of mine to increase it's interest rate recently since I opened it in September 2019. The app is a bonus to have available on my smartphone too. That RCi Bank is regulated by the FCA was a factor in my choosing this online savings account. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022
