Five star banking!

I like the ease of use of the website. Opening accounts couldn't be simpler, and I have always found the interest rates very competitive. On the occasion that I had to use their customer service, I was delighted with the manner it was handled and the person on the 'phone was remarkable. She was patient and extremely helpful. RCI Bank

The online banking for the Easy Access savings account is very good. My only complaint is the slow speed of processing receipts and payments. I am used to near-instantaneous transactions with other online banks. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
