I have been investing with RCI for a number of years...

I have been investing with RCI for a number of years, and the fact that I regularly re-invest with them reflects their consistent range of competitive savings products. I also find their online banking service to be very easy and flexible to use. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Good consistent rate provided and clear communications. App is also simple to use with a clean interface, although it doesn't contain all the "bells and whistles" of other banking apps, what is provides is well thought out and easy to use. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Good service

Their customer service is good, rates are OK but not near the top, other financial institutions offer more competitive rates - so you must use moneyfacts or similar to find out who is paying the best. One gripe I do have with RCI is that they don't do faster payments, so it takes a little longer to receive money when making a withdrawal. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

Seven years with RCI and cannot fault them

I've been with RCI for around seven years and cannot fault them. My experience during this time has been 100% positive: reliable service, interest rates always highly competitive, website is clear and user-friendly, it's easy to operate the account online, transactions unfailingly smooth, and RCI are prompt to keep me informed about important account information and interest rate changes.
