RCI Bank, clearly in touch with it's customers.

RCI bank are good communicators and use easy to understand messaging and in a timely manner. This is particularly so for interest rate changes. I love the picture that comes up when you log out of the woman in the car, you really feel like you are being given a warm farewell. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Very good service

Very good service and they always keep their saving products interest rates competitive withoutthe need to prompt them or constantly switch products.
