RCI Bank, clearly in touch with it's customers.

RCI bank are good communicators and use easy to understand messaging and in a timely manner. This is particularly so for interest rate changes. I love the picture that comes up when you log out of the woman in the car, you really feel like you are being given a warm farewell. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Very good service

Very good service and they always keep their saving products interest rates competitive withoutthe need to prompt them or constantly switch products. They also keep you regularly updated and if you need to withdraw money, this is done quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
