Good bank

Took us a while to setup Power of Attorney account for my father but more than happy with the assistance we got. I then setup my own account and then recommended my partner open account as well. The good thing is that RCI are quick to respond when interest rate rise. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

I recently opened an accessible savings account, after shopping around for a good interest rate. Setting up the account was v.easy. I had a query in relation to first transactions, customer service came back swiftly, professional but friendly. The online banking platform is easy to operate and see relevant info that I need. Info is presented clearly & uncluttered. It also is reassuring in relation to logging in security.
