A great experience overall

A great experience. I started off with a fixed term account that transferred to a freedom account at the end of the term. Interest rates are still very competitive. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Better rate than many; treats old customers the same as new customers, backed by the £85K financial authority guarantee (now increased); quick to inform depositors of changes; easy & effective online access to account. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Consistently in the mix

Having banked with RCI Bank for several years I have never had any problems at all. However their savings rates are marginally less competitive at present and I do so wish they’d launch an ISA product Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
