Good service for online banking

I'm very happy to be an RCI Bank customer.

I first opened an RCI Bank account in 2016 as yet another instant access account which paid interest at a reasonable rate. I was quite surprised when at the end of the year they didn't drop their rate as all previous banks had so I stayed with them and have been with them ever since. They are fair and their communications are excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

The whole experience is excellent.

The whole experience is excellent. The website is easy to navigate and process for deposit and withdrawal process is simple and effective by having only the one linked bank account. It's great to be notified when deposits reach the bank and when the withdrawals have been processed it helps keep a track of my finances. All in all a great bank to work with. Setting up the account was simple, as is the ongoing ease of access to my savings, contact with the bank and proactive communication concerning the best rates for my savings.
