Easy to use and excellent customer service

I use my freedom savings account with RCI to save money for Christmas each year. It’s easy to access but not so easy that I can dip into it. Withdrawal takes 48 hours so there is no temptation to spend my savings on impulse. On the occasions I have needed to contact customer services I have managed to talk to a human and they have been very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this account for anyone wanting “easy access but not too easy access” savings Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Good all round company

RCI are very proactive in their communication without being guilty of SPAM. They have a decent app that feels secure. Transactions are quick and easy and interest rates are competitive.
