Easy to open up & no waiting at customer services

Easy to open up and have been able to speak to someone when phoning. Only thing I’ve marked down on is my money wouldn’t send to the account but it was because I didn’t realise I had to use the same reference every time. Unequalled service from RCI.

I have held several accounts with RCI for many years. Interest rates are always competitive and I have never had any problems. If I have any queries they always respond very promptly. There is no better bank to put your savings with! Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

A decent interest rate for my savings ..
