I had a concerning experience with Revolut’s custome...

I had a concerning experience with Revolut’s customer service. They asked for detailed information about what I’m listing on Amazon, which I found intrusive. While I understand the need for certain documentation, asking for my product list felt unnecessary, especially since I provided all other requested details. As a seller, I value privacy, and this request crossed the line. To make matters worse, I was told that failing to provide this information would result in my account being restricted. This felt more like a threat than a professional inquiry. Disappointing overall. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025

The best option for foreign currencies

Revolut is offering by far the best service when it comes to dealing with foreign currency. Tons of currencies supported, very cheap exchange rates, and generous allowance. Thus I mostly use it for international payments. It supports a wide variety of savings and investment features, but it's typically better to shop around for those kinds of things. Revolut is a refreshing change from traditional banks. It is fast and efficient in everything it does and on top of that keeps on improving with every upgrade. The new services and applications are driving a better and better service. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025

Best business bank experience so far.

Our business has experience from multiple banks, in the UK and abroad. Revolut is by far the most user-friendly bank experience we’ve ever experienced. Furthermore the superior conversion rates and fees are very important, as we convert a lot of euros to pounds. Revolut has saved us money, thus supporting our early-stage business. In case there has been any issues, the customer support chat has always provided excellent and rapid service, so we can’t say it’s a negative that customer service is only available via chat and not phone. In the same time as I have been listening to the robot voices of other banks, trying to get to speak to a person and being forced to queue, Revolut’s customer service chat solves an issue in no time.
