Still the best but showing signs of deterioration

I find it really hard to speak with someone on the chat. it's like its hidden and every time i need something i have to go looking for a discovery. Also the new app is not great in terms of UX, the previous version was much better. Been using it for a while now and still cant get used to it. Also some features i was using previously have disappeared. You are still my bank of choice for my business because you provide an honest charges service and its very good for international business in currencies etc. I would appreciate if you could also be a bit more human in your interactions. I was trying to understand if it made financial sense to move to the higher tier service but the representative on the chat was unable to answer me a simple financial equation with a calculation - which if you were going to brick bank they would be doing this kind of math for you so you can make an informed decision.
