Just the easiest to use

I’m client since 2017.

It's the only bank I trust not to rip me off on fees

It's the only bank I trust not to rip me off on fees. The design is decent, it's low cost, and their value-add services are decent. I get winter sports insurance thru them, I have a business account that is also great. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

After 5 years we moved from Barclays to Revolut...

After 5 years in business we moved from Barclays to Revolut and we've been with them ever since. Here's why: 1. When I needed an accountant to be able to do banking on my behalf, with Barclays it was a trip to the local branch, an hour or so's wait and lots of faffing about, signing forms and duplication. With Revolut it was a few easy clicks, take a picture of you, your driving license, job done! 2. Overseas transactions, we have various contractors overseas, Revolut costs us nothing to transfer at a very good exchange rate, rather than the absorbitant fees of someone like Paypal or TransferWise and the whole transfer takes 1-2 days! 3. You have no idea how long getting a statement took from our previous bankers but with Revolut its a modern highly intuative platform where you can access statements, schedule payments, manage direct debits etc. Its exactly how a bank should be! Always seem to have a good experience with customer service and the app which is super handy for me personally! Expecially with travelling, vaults/savings etc. I enjot the new pooiints system which I can apply to flights. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
