I am writing this with frustration, on an Easter Sat...

I am writing this with frustration, on an Easter Saturday when I should be relaxing and eating Easter eggs I find myself having to log on to Revolut chat as although I sent off all of my documents requested in good time, (4 days ago) no one at Revolut has even looked at them. I have had a message to say my account will be restricted in 2 days time (the day I am due to pay all my suppliers) your customer service advisor Eli has completely disregarded my issue, referred it on, advised 1 working day for a resolution which is just not acceptable. So I have just withdrawn all my dollars and euros and will be closing my account. After 4 good years using Revolut, having to explain every 12 months that we are bathroom agents importing containers to distribution companies we do not have a website, we haven’t got the energy to keep fighting this so will be closing all our accounts. Which is a shame. Especially as we have won a massive contract which we will be invoicing 4 million pounds.. Reviewed on: 31st March 2024

Revolut Business has been a lifesaver for managing my small business finances. Sending and receiving international payments is a breeze, and the exchange rates are fantastic compared to traditional banks. Plus, having multiple currencies in one account makes managing overseas suppliers and clients so much easier. The team cards and expense management features have been a game-changer for keeping track of company spending. While there are no physical branches, which isn't a dealbreaker for me, customer service can be a bit slow at times. But overall, Revolut Business has saved me time and money, and the app is really user-friendly. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
