Applied while travelling through France on a mobile, while a passenger in a car, by the time we reached the first services, I could pay for the coffee using apple pay. great for travelling abroad with and being able to spend money at probably the best exchange rate you can get. great app breaking down my spending habits. The worst client support ever received!

I have been overcharged for two transactions. When I requested to receive the refund of the difference between the amount I paid and the one showing on the merchant's billing, Revolut decided to cancel my order. The issue with this was that I booked an apartment for 5 people for a long weekend during high season and got it cancelled 2 days before the arrival. Revolut is now refusing to give me a refund of a service I have never received as they cancelled and they are still keeping my money for a booking they cancelled! After over 5 months, the customer support is still pushing me back on forward between companies and departments without bothering of refunding me the full amount and they are proving of having an awful support. Thank you for ruining my holiday, thank you for not refunding me what you decided to cancel and thank you for making my life harder! I would personally recommend other companies that are more customer friendly and they actually try to help you solving the issue. Reviewed on: 4th February 2020
