Arbitrary suspension of account - no access to funds

Revolut have without warning suspended my account for 4 days while they verify information. They do not respond to support requests. They blocked me on twitter and they provide no ability to access my funds. Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Revolut and companies similar to it are going to be the cause for the extinction of traditional banking. Revolut, like other fin techs, are the smartphones - similar to the original creation of the iPhone - that will make retail banking and current banking fees obsolete. Revolut is one step ahead of the curve. However, despite them being a considerably young company there are certain aspects of their services that they need to focus on equally as they strive for expansion. For example, their customer service or rather lack-of. RITA is just not good enough. In addition, distribution of their physical cards. With their high increase of users they attain each month they need to equally produce and distribute the physical cards. Account making is so simple and a huge cause for the current success, however, their poor manufacturing and distribution of the physical cards is indefinitely holding them back.
