I received first class service when I needed it.

A couple of years ago I made a claim for frost damage to the shower and boiler in my caravan after temperatures plummeted to -12. Ripe Insurance were excellent. They promptly agreed to the estimate from my trusted plumber, paid up without a quibble and didn’t inflate my premium the next year. There was nothing more they could have done.
