Very poor customer service, don't takeout a policy!

Very poor customer service called 3 times each time on hold over 50mins. No correspondence regarding claims etc... Not worth the paper it's written on. Looking for a new provider when they finally answer! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020

Prompt at responding to queries and also efficient in changing our schedule and other insurance documents due to a recent change of storage location. Online account services are a bonus, though email and phone contact are also available if needed. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

On contacting the team, they have always been friendly and willing to help with any problems which arise. On signing up with them, there customer service explained things simply and easily.
