Unfortunately we had to make a claim due to winter boiler damage, the process from initiating the claim to completion was so quick and painless and the money was in our bank within 6 days!!!! Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Excellent customer service. Fantastic company

I was new to caravaning 3 years ago and I have had insurance with RIPE for all this time. I have upgraded my caravan and I will be dealing with RIPE again. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Customer service, and policy price are absolutely excellent. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Great value but best of all, great service

I found my calls are promptly answered, really informative staff who are patient and really helpful. The website is very easy to navigate a totally stress free experience. Information is clearly articulated with opportunities for question or clarity to make sure I am getting the best product for my needs.
