I dealt with both Lisa and Anne yesterday who were both so personal, it was refreshing to not feel so anonymous. They were so friendly and helpful and offered help to alleviate my anxiety. Belief in older borrowers

As an elderly person in need of borrowing against my property your organisation was really helpful and supportive. People focussed!

Saffron have a great manner of customer service- people focused and approachable, professional and knowledgeable, clear responses and instructions if required. I spoke with lisa Howard today- wonderful! Listened well, professional and knowledgeable friendly- with a wealth of knowledge that was delivered in a totally non-patronising way. Lisa showed humour and interest in me as a customer and human! Poor lady- her ears are probably bleeding!!! Inspired trust and want her to be my new best friend!
