When the going gets tough - shout for the 'Sleeper'!

I haven't actually used Saffrons services as such, I tend to just make enquiries as a third-party on behalf of my elderly mums mortgage queries etc. I've answered the prelinary questions as well as I could though but I have to say the help I have received from Anne Sleeper has been second-to-none. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her - she has even gone above and beyond (last year) to give me ideas of which organisations to try for a new boiler / new windows that my mum has desperately needed in order to keep her warm. It is the help from Anne alone that means I would recommend the services of Saffron to others, and gladly so. Front-line / customer service staff are so important to a company and Anne seems to be a very good Ambassador of Saffron BS. Thank you! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025
