We had submitted a request to draw down on our mortg...

We had submitted a request to draw down on our mortgage which was time pressured as we needed to transfer funds to our Contractor. The underwriter approval process took a little longer than anticipated but Lisa Howard did a brilliant job in chasing them up and keeping us in the loop which was hugely appreciated.
