My pre mortgage application including porting my pre...

My pre mortgage application including porting my previous mortgage included my proposal at age 77 of increasing my new mortgage to £100,000 over ten years plus planned deposit(safe) savings enabled my wife and I to gift money to our daughter to buy a house for cash and gift money to our son and family for them to have a large extension built for cash. Over the first three years of this mortgage we have felt comfortable to reduce our Saffron mortgage by the allowable 10% each year without penalty. The part one of our mortgage originally belonged to a staff mortgage I took out with the Bradford and Bingley in 1981 so part 1 has been going for 44 years. Anne Sleeper as has all of her colleagues I have dealt with from mortgage application to every administrative call have made, have dealt with me in an extremely efficient way.
