Our mortgage approval tool much longer than expected and we were asked a number of times for evidences we had already provided in a different format or simply again. Hard to say who caused this but needless to say it was frustrating at times. That's said my first echange with Anne Sleeper today was really good. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
