Had a great experience so far with saffron. The staff one spoken to have been really helpful, especially the lady I spoke to today who helped me with changing my payment date. Great lender, and will happily stick with saffron. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Brilliant service from Kim

Kim has been brilliant for the last couple of years with various changes I needed to make on my mortgage and securing follow-up rates. Always helpful friendly informative staff!

I have a new mortgage - my first one, so far I have emailed once and called twice, each time I have encountered timely responses via email and calls, polite and informative answers to my queries, Lisa was the star of today.
