I am more than happy with the service I have received but the part that let it down was how long it took to get through on the phone. One call I had to abandon after 43 minutes and another call I got through after 25 minutes. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2022

Everything very positive. I also spoke to Jo on another occasion who was equally helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Jo explained things in a very easy manner which made it understandable. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

I contacted Saffron to get a mortgage redemption figure, I appreciate that the information would have to be supplied from your redemption department and that Monday 19th September was a Bank Hoiliday so expect a call sometime this week Reviewed on: 20th September 2022
