There is no option to check the account status on-line. This would be a big improvement and often negate the need to call. The time to answer the phone is quite long Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

Everything Rosanna did was great, my only comment would be that it is a very long process. The time customers have to wait for the underwriter to review an application is far too long, nevermind the week extra delay. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

One thing I didn’t really want to hear at this particular time was “it could affect your credit rating” At the time I was quite ‘down’ and it seemed, to me personally like an underlying ‘threat’ (not nastily). Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

No new products available at the time and it is very frustrating that they did not contact me a full 3 months before my deal ran out to see if I wanted a new product. Now I have to wait AND the new deal will be worse. Customer loyalty??? Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
