Great Online Customer Service

I needed help with an LPA! Not being close to the area, I had to do everything online. Florrie was exceptional at guiding me through the process, answering my questions and responding promptly via email. I cannot write too much in detail all I can say is that I am very satisfied with the service I have had especially from Zoe who looked after me today.
