Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friend...

Within a minute of my call I was talking to a friendly and helpful person who quickly dealt with my questions about my regular saver account maturing. Five minutes later I had been through security and a new account set up for the next 12 months. If only all banking could be this easy. So nice to actually be able to talk to a person. The customer service is 5 star plus -

The customer service is 5 star plus- very attentive, professional, yet friendly. Adviser spent in depth information of the accounts I had with Saffron - and advising to transfer one account to offer a better rate of interest.
