Outstanding customer service from Ian

Whoa, what can I say - after a 1hr 20mins call Ian managed to give me access to my account via the app. This man certainly has staying power & was totally.committed in giving me access to my account. He gave great customer service and showed tenacity and along with a good deal of banter from us both, finally. we were in. He clearly explained what he was doing and even when we had to repeat various stages many times including reinstalling the app on my app, he never gave up until I was able to access my account.
