Paying in details online incorrect

Confusing paying in details for transferring money online via transfer from bank account. I want to transfer money to my account and your sort code of 20-74-21 belongs to Barclays Bank. Seems the payee is me, the sort code is Barclays, the account is Saffron BS and the reference is my account. Nowhere does it say any of this on your website and the bank i am transferring from to you, won.t do it because i put Saffron BS in as payee. It might be good to inform your customers correctly of how to do this. Reviewed on: 29th August 2025
