I had big problems signing in to our savings account...

I had big problems signing in to our savings accounts because emails from Saffron Building Society enabling sign in took longer to arrive than the five minutes life they had! Sophia was extremely helpful, delightful to talk to and provided excellent service.. She is an excellent customer service representative, I could not fault her. Reviewed on: 17th October 2025

Excellent Customer Service

I spoke to Sophia on the phone recently, and was very happy with the service I received. Even though I was closing the account (due to the drop in rate) I was treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness and she ensured the balance transfer went smoothly. I would not hesitate to come back to Saffron should they offer an improved rate as their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 16th October 2025
