My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years.

My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years and have always found them extremely helpful when ever we visit the branch in Halstead. The savings rates are not far short of online competition that do not have the branch system to cost in. As pensioners now we find the service they provide invaluable. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

The Saffron BS always looks after its Customers

Very accessible, friendly and knowledgeable

They have a physical branch so I can go in and talk to a person. If I phone, I always get a very helpful, knowledgeable person to talk to. I don't need to follow a long ansaphone message and then wait for ages for someone to answer. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
