Fantastic Service from Zoe

I love the friendly nature of the society and am a long standing member. Today my daughter who is now an adult and needed to transition from a junior account and revalidate ID etc. had the pleasure of dealing with Zoe who was fantastically kind guiding her through all the steps, patiently and fully. All that after being a princely whole no 1 in the queue in the call centre. Great regular service as ever to start but on this occasion utterly exemplary, focussed on my daughter, and totally got the blend of respecting an adult making own choices, but learning for first time, whilst doing all the right checks and balances in background. The Community Room

The community room is a great space to hold our group, however it's only practical for a small number of people. There is no toilet or kitchen. There is also not enough room for guest wheelchairs or walking frames. Reviewed on: 17th November 2025
