I visited Saffron Walden branch and kristine was very helpful and very friendly. Helped me eith my loyalty funding, i started again but needed help. Thinking of opening an ISA. Wasn't rushed and kristine gave me all the information I needed. I enjoy the face to face and one to one discussions. Never feel rushed or scammed and everyone is so helpful and lovely. I have used Saffron Building Society in Halstead for around 25 years and have met several changes of staff all have been very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Very good with all my 5 children encouraging them to save and become Adult savers with them. I would and have recommend/ed this branch to family and friends.
