Thank god for Saffron - deal with real people

Being able to speak to someone is the best way to help customers with multiple questions and Jess was very patient with me trying to log into my daughter’s saving account. Also being able to walk into a branch and open an account is extremely helpful as I did not want to send personal documents in the post. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
