After a disastrous encounter with a large BS who i was very unsatisfactory dealt with over the course of about 5 months, what a really great breath of fresh air to be attended to by your Sarah of Saffron BS. She was extremely friendly, helpful ,very professional and expert at her job. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her and she soon delivered what I had been trying to get organised over the past months in what transpired in a few days. From speaking with Russell afterwards and on dealing with your counter tellers prior to my meeting I I found all staff excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending Saffron to anyone Reviewed on: 8th March 2025
