Amazing from start to finish!!

I popped into the Saffron Walden branch to discuss opening an account with Saffron Building Society and I was greeted with a lovely smile by Florrie. She took the time to ask me how I was and how my day had been which was very pleasant. Florrie then went through everything Saffron Building Society could offer. It's more like a coffee morning than a bank queue

unlike a traditional bank were you all queue up in silence it's more like a coffee morning when you go into the branch plus the staff seem genuinely happy to be there, and are both helpful and patient even with the non-tech savvy Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Offering a high level of customer service

I have always found the online and telephone support very good, always giving the impression of a personal and high level of customer service. Also to mention the important physical presence of Saffron on the High Street. As a customer, these are very important strengths. Please maintain this approach, it keeps the experience positive, is a valuable selling-point for the business and is something sorely lacking with some (too many,) companies and institutions.
