I locked myself out of my account and contacted the Saffron for assistance. I spoke to an extremely polite member of staff who was friendly, helpful and calm, making my interaction easy. I was led through security and with the member of staffs assistance regained full use of my account Gia the app. The whole experience was dealt with with amazing patience and calmness.
